High turnover rates continue in the trucking industry. At large truckload carriers, the turnover rate fell six percentage points to 91% at the end of 2013. Meanwhile, small truckload fleets had a 79% turnover rate in the final quarter, down from the 82% mark that has held since the beginning of 2012.
